Equipping leaders for new church development

The conference will contribute to the new church development movement by:

training planters, supportive networks, and coaches
enriching spiritual resources through revitalizing worship and focused prayer
promoting synergistic conversation and strategic cooperation among individuals, districts, and agencies
assessing individual and organizational capacities for leadership

Basic Cost: $149.00 per participant, inclusive of conference fees, lodging and meals
Special rates: Two or more participants from the same congregation/plant registering at the same time may register for $129/person. Graduate and TRIM students registering for the respective courses register for $79.

Sponsorship

The New Church Development Committee of the Church of the Brethren through the General Board and with cooperation from the Brethren Academy for Ministerial Leadership and Bethany Theological Seminary will serve as the organizers and main supporters of this event (see below).

Graduate Course Opportunity

This conference is a required component of Foundations of Church Growth: M245 through Bethany Theological Seminary. Students in M245 will participate in several days of class prior to the conference as well as during the following week. Instructor is Jonathan Shively, D.Min. More information is available at the Academy website or by contacting the instructor . Conference registration and course registration are separate. To register for the course contact Bethany's registrar.

Academy/TRIM Course Opportunity

A Brethren Academy/TRIM level course is offered in conjunction with the conference. Instructor Bob Krouse will lead students in an exploration of "The Shape of Things to Come."
